It is flying already. Upright first then diving and after that climbing up. It may be the time between going down and going up again or the t,me it takes to correct itself to the upright position after diving
Although I cannot get the right word. I believe it is the time taken by the aircraft to take off and reach cruising altitude. Aufrichten w.r.t. aircraft / flying means to climb (from level flight)
