neutral  Clive Phillips: Looks like a specification from a questionable source. If it means air-to-air missile fire control and guidance system, it's a strange way of expressing it.

  -> Even the most sophisticated control, guidance, calculation, detection, destruction etc. system relies on the operation of a single chip - the microprocessor (the CPU). Your computer too. The rest is peripheral hardware.
