Explanation:
I am not absolutely sure about this, but prompted by dkfmmuc (thanks!), I will try posting it as an answer, on the basis of the link already posted in the discussion section.

Bei Zertifikaten mit mehreren Standorten kann jeder Standort ein eigenes Unterzertifikat erhalten, jedoch mit einer gemeinsamen Zertifikats-Nummer plus einem Zusatz wie z.B. 15000/1 HH, 15000/2 HH etc.

I wonder if you could use simply "sub-certificate" (cf. Unterzertifikat) or "supplementary certificate" for the English column?

3.4.2. A sub-certificate / registration may be issued to the organization for each site covered by the certification/registration under condition that it contains the same scope, or a sub-scope of that scope, and includes a clear reference to the main certificate / registration.
