The only dictionary translations can find for Steuerschlüssel are to do with taxation, but that is evidently not appropriate here, but I'm not sure about "control key" either.

Explanation:
If this is SAP-related, "control key" seems to be the usual translation of "Steuerschlüssel".

Another alternative, e.g. Woxikon, is "control code".
