Explanation:
sorry, folks, your friendly curmudgeon quibbling again. A set-aside would be saving (i.e. switching) the land from wheat cultivation to plant corn (how about pot [just kidding]). But Stillegung means rendering the land fallow. American farmers get paid for NOT working certain parcels of land.
