From a checklist of words that a person can select to describe his or her nature observations in the field. I have no other context.
I found a website dictionary that translates it as "overseasoned", but my gut tells me that doesn't hit the mark. (Sounds too much like food.) Mature? Harvestable?
The checklist covers everything -- animals (birds, mammals, insects), mushrooms, mosses, plants and trees.
The word is in proximity to words that describe aging of insects, so I can't rule out that an entomological meaning is meant, although the term seems more commonly used in the agricultural/botanical setting.

What type of nature observations? This is fairly crucial for choosing an appropriate term.
