3. Der Bestand an Ernteerzeugnissen zur Zeit des Versicherungsfalls ist durch ordnungsge-mäß geführte Wirtschaftsbücher, durch Belege oder auf sonstige zuverlässige Weise nachzuweisen. Ist dies nicht möglich, dann wird höchstens der Betrag entschädigt, der sich ergäbe, wenn die Vorräte sich gleichmäßig vermindert hätten, und zwar bei Dreschfrucht und Stroh vom 1. September an täglich um 1/300, bei Futtergewächsen vom 1. No-vember an täglich um 1/240.
