German to English translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Agriculture / Pesticide registration requirements
German term or phrase: Antragspunkt
Zu diesem Antragspunkt wurden keine Versuchsergebnisse in [name of the crop] vorgelegt.

"Request item" or "requested item" is what I've come up with so far, in other words, the items for which the licensing body is requesting information, data, a statement, etc. from the registrant, in this case data on efficacy studies performed on the crop in question.

English translation:line item
Explanation:
may come closest in the US.

It means one particular 'point' of many within a larger context.

E.g. a "line item veto" that the president likes to have to selectively strike certain individual provisions (i.e. Antragspunkte) of a law sent to him by Congress before putting his signature to it (to make it take effect).

item (of the proposal / application)

Explanation:
I have intentionally put 'of the proposal' in brackets. I mean, you could leave it out altogether without any loss of meaning here. Alternatively, if the 'Antrag' that you're translating is indeed a proposal, then might as well get rid of the brackets. And if your 'Antrag' reads more like an application than a proposal, feel free to use that word.

FWIW, my personal preference would be just the plain vanilla 'item'.
