Agriculture / Diseases of potato crops, particularly Rhizoctonia solani (black scurf)
German term or phrase: Wipfelrollen
Context: "Erfolgt der Befall (von Rh. solani) erst, wenn die Pflanzen schon weiter entwickelt sind, reagiert die Staude meistens mit Wipfelrollen sowie mit einer Faltung und Verkrümmung der oberen Blätter".

Another example: "Die Fiederblätter an der Triebspitze sind hell-gelblich verfärbt und rollen sich leicht ein (Wipfelrollen)."

Sorry, I get no further than this...

I think that there is only a very small chance that an expression exists. Where in German Wipfelrollen is used, the English versions speak about curled leafs, curled tips, etc.
