I guess "Betreuung" in this sense would be provided by a consultant who stays on the farm and provides assistance for a certain period of time. ???
Explanation: instead of translating Beratung and Betreuung separately, I would just say "consulting services" because Beratung and Betreuung often means the same in my experience.
Explanation: Perhaps this is over-simplifying things a bit, but support could work here. There are also quite a few answers for Betreuung in the glossaries (see one example below).
