"Abschließen möchte ich meinen Exkurs in das deutsche Milchhygienerecht mit diesem Chart mit der Überschrift „freiwillige Auflagen“.

Es zeigt, welche Untersuchungen die milchbe- und –verarbeitenden Betriebe von sich aus freiwillig im Rahmen ihrer Sorgfaltspflicht veranlassen, um einwandfreie Produkte herzustellen."

I don't understand what they mean by Auflagen in this context. TIA

"Sie bieten aus hiesiger Sicht eine hervorragende Grundlage für den vielfach geforderten Einstieg in den „konstruktiven Dialog“ zwischen Betrieb und Behörde.

Diese zusätzlichen **Auflagen** sind offensichtlich erforderlich, um die Herstellung qualitativ einwandfreier und gesundheitlich unbedenklicher Milcherzeugnisse gewährleisten zu können."
