"Eine klare Erschliessung und eindeutige Adressbildung zum Grünstreifen hin prägen das Konzept."

Mit Adressbildung ist gemeint, dass die Anschrift/Adresse x des Wettbewerbgebietes zu einer Top-Adresse wird.

neutral Steffen Walter: Not sure at all. This might well be errant usage (or wrong interpretation by asker). IMHO "to become a top address" does not really fit with "zum Grünstreifen hin".

  -> Dunno, Steffen. You could be right, but I think the writer just means this swanky area stretches to the green (landscaped) area. A little more context always helps.
neutral Kcda: Your choice should have been the other examples you have given! The idea of "top address" = "fashionable place to be" in the future once the competition is over seems correct if we consider the askers explanation as being absolutely correct!

In my opinion, the context "zum Grünstreifen hin" suggests an interpretation entirely different from your own ("Top-Adresse"). Perhaps the author has used the term incorrectly.
