German term or phrase: Putzfasche
Die Putzfassade ist in RAL 9018 Papyrus weiß, ebenso die Umrandungen der vorgesetzten Loggien sowie die Putzfaschen vor den Lochfenstern.

I believe the Putzfasche is the frame or the artwork around e.g a window, though so far no joy in finding out what this is called in English. all help much appreciated.

agree  Jacqueline Audet: I did a search in Google and Yahoo!Canada with "plaster border" and there were alot of matches which fit the German description.
