German to English translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Architecture / log house construction
German term or phrase: "zweistielig eingeschnitten"
The full sentence is: "Die Blockwandbalken wurden kerngetrennt, das heißt zweistielig eingeschnitten, gelagert und vor der Verarbeitung ein dreiviertel Jahr an der Luft getrocknet."
I've seen a translation of "einstielig" as single-stemmed - can't figure out the "zweistielig."
Would appreciate any help.
