This appears in the footnote about the history of 19th century art. the note reads: Briefwechsel/Tagebücher. 2 Bde. Faksimilrndruck nach 1. auflage von 1862. Then later: zit; Briefwechsel/Tagebücher. Bd0.

Can anyone enlighten me//

I presume that the 2nd instance is a typo and should reade Bd. not Bd0.

  -> Yes, thanks, Stephen. I had thought it might be our Asker's typo, but you are right, it may be author's or actually refer to the numbering of the vols. Though I have yet to meet a vol. 0!
