I'm working off a degraded fax here, so there's a chance of a typo. The context, speaking of a musican, is:
"Von xxxx's Lockenheit - dies sei noch angefügt - könnten die von ihm hoch geschätzten xxx.."

Lockenh(b?)eit is... opening band? And angefügt... anything spring to mind?
