Blasportal

German to English translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Automation & Robotics / Car body work spraying
German term or phrase: Blasportal
Comes from a text describing painting robots for a car manufacturing plant. Anyone know an 'official' English term (US English)? "Blow portal" doesn´t sound quite right somehow.

Some context:

"Das Blasportal am Auslauf schließt die Karosseriekontur u-förmig ein.Der programmierbare Abstand von der Karosserieoberfläche zu den Düsen soll im Bereich von 5... 10 cm liegen. Die Seiteneinrichtungen sind stationär und manuell verstellbar. Der Lufthaushalt im Reinigungsautomaten darf durch das Blasportal nicht gestört werden. Die Luftmenge muss durch Druckregler einstellbar sein."

Thanks in advance for any help.

PS:
Fairly sure it´s not a misspelling, used several times in the document. The only non X-rated Google hit lists it here:

I did some more research and am sure that Blas- in this context means blow-off. I went with "Blow-off station" in the end. Thanks nonetheless.
