German to English translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Automotive / Cars & Trucks / component testing
German term or phrase: durchtemperiert
From specs for testing radiator fan components. I get what it means, but is there a succinct way to put it?

Bei der jeweiligen Temperaturstufe muss die Baugruppe (vor t1) vollständig *durchtemperiert* sein (min. 30 Minuten).

must have reached the (operating) temperature

Explanation:
das muss man auf Englisch umschreiben, da gibt's kein knappes Wort
vielleicht auch durchgewärmt, aber das ist hier wahrscheinlich zu umgangssprachlich
Aber mit "tempern" hat es garnichts zu tun

soak at temperature for xxx min

Explanation:
In satellites, we often run temperature tests that go up and down. We refer to it as "soaking" when the beast needs to sit to acclimatize itself to a temperature level.
