Hi,

This term appears in a patent relating to a support jack used for supporting semitrailers. The term is specifically used in the paragraphs describing the connection of the spindle nut to the inner sleeve.

Example 1: Als Befestigung der Spindelmutter an der Innenhülse ist ein Verprägen oder Verstiften bekannt. Ein Austausch der Spindelmutter erfordert in allen Fällen auch den Austausch der Innenhülse.


Example 2: Dadurch, dass alle an der Verbindung der Spindelmutter mit den Hülsen beteiligten Mittel zum formschlüssigen Verbinden vorgesehen sind, kann auf zusätzliche Massnahmen, wie z. B. Verprägen oder Verschweissen oder auf zusätzliche Befestigungsmittel, wie Befestigungsstifte oder dergleichen verzichtet werden. Die Spindelmutter wird lediglich mit den Hülsen zusammengefügt, so dass die vorgesehenen Mittel an der Spindelmutter und der Hülsen zur Fixierung zusammenwirken können.
