German term or phrase: Klima-wechsel

This term is used in the context of a regulatory mandate to switch to a new refrigerant in air conditioners. It's a play on "climate change," but I don't know if that works in English.

Any suggestions?

Thanks, David. This doesn't 100% cover it (the new refrigerants are mandated because they have a much lower greenhouse impact) but it gets the spirit.
