German term or phrase: ausgehoben
Die Bedienung der Hubarbeitsbühne darf nur bei vollständig ausgehobenem Fahrzeug erfolgen.

This is from conversion guidelines for a pick-up truck where you can fit an elevated work platform or small crane on the back. There is no mention of this, but I presume it has outriggers so the vehicle is stable while the platform is raised. Would be interested to hear your ideas.
