We are talking about a kipper, meaning a dump truck but I dont know what a Kippbrücke is.

Very widely used, and I've used it both in translations for this industry and in my 'previous life', but may just be a synonym for "tipping body" as also suggested. Any term with "dump" in it sounds more US English to me.
