Tech/Engineering - Automotive / Cars & Trucks / More customer service though
German term or phrase: Schwerpunktbeanstandung
"Wir wollen auch darauf hinweisen das die gestellten Fragen bevor Austausch der Kupplungszügen nicht die Schwerpunktbeanstandung aus unsere Meldepflicht entsprechen."

Be grateful if someone can help decipher the above!
I suspect they don't mean Meldepflicht here either, but I'm stuck for ideas.

Thanks for the suggestion, I must admit that hadn't occured to me, however, I suspect that the sentence just doesn't make sense - that seems to be the consensus among others I've asked. I've interpreted as meaning simply that the questions asked didn't tie up with the main complaint...
