Although the reagent we are talking about is mentioned there, there is no mention of titration. It simply states that this is a traditional detection system reformulated for rapid IHC.

or high-titer, probably better. The meaning is that there is a high
concentration or "load" of streptavidin.. in my opinion. Titer, in chemistry is equivalent to concentration. Of course, the implication is that this concentration is determined through a titration process.
This titration process can also be done on biological systems.

also n.
Concentration of a substance in solution or the strength of such a substance determined by titration.
The minimum volume needed to cause a particular result in titration.
that this assay is rather powerful, potent, etc. in that it can detect the specific antibody (?) or marker or whatever even when the concentration is really low. So titerstark -> high titer in a way is leading astray.
David You may be right. It appears that the system you have , streptavidin is a system where the two have the capability of binding to each other. So, high titration signal might be the correct term ... even though a wider context might help in being sure of this.
David: In the reference that you give, "titration signal" is used to mean that there was a high concentration of "antibody-antigen"- type recognition. When this happens on a large scale, it is said that the binding is specific and strong as evidenced by a high titration signal. Here the titration signal is a measure of "recognition". I don't think that's the context here. I think here we are talking about a "high titer" or high concentration strptavidin-biotin system.

highly-sensitive [assay]
Explanation: usually, sensitivity denotes the ability to potently detect something....antibody, etc.
