Quercus robur atropurpurea / red oak / purple English oak
Explanation:
"Quercus" is the genus that designates oak species.

See

http://www.tinet.cat/~mrr/baies/baies2.html
http://www.archive.org/stream/derpalmengarten00siebgoog/derp...
(search for "Bluteiche")

and

http://www.findmeplants.co.uk/plant-quercus-robur-1081.aspx

However, there seems to be some confusion with Quercus rubra (also "red oak"). According to http://www.plantstockphotos.com/image.asp?t=0&l=17&id=3538 , Quercus robur atropurpurea is also called "purple English oak".
