Explanation:
I can\'t help with the first three terms, but from a previous project I did in this area - Verlaengerte Werkbank is described as Fremdbearbeitung, which is defined as external processing. In the same glossary Lohnbearbeiter is defined as subcontractor, so this seems to make sense.
