Yes, I know it´s French, but it´s the use in a German (well Swiss) document that I am asking about.

In a Zwischenzeugnis, the subject was responsible in an airline catering origanisation for "ergänzen/ausrüsten der ... und der werkzeug- und Mise en Place-Schubladen."
