No. Explanation: I've seen ' used to mean "degrees Celsius" and I've seen it in numbers in place of a comma (particulary in Swiss German texts), e.g. 100'000. But I have never seen or heard of "100'" being used as shorthand for one hundred thousand. Could it be a typo? Will |

100,000 Explanation: I respectfully disagree with the above answer. When translating some documents related to sales figures for semiconductors, I came across usages where 100' was clearly used to mean 100,000. I've also seen 100" for 100,000,000. |
