undertakes or initiates Explanation: Coming in too late on this, but I\'d still like to add that here \"bzw. veranlassen\" simply means that the person gives orders/delegates the work. That is, he is (personally) responsible for *all* investment transactions/decisions, which he may undertake himself and/or get done by others. My suggestion: He is responsible for, i.e. he undertakes or initiates all investment transactions of the fund. [not too sure about investment transactions, but I haven\'t had time to check]. |
