nonmonetary/pecuniary advantage Explanation: In this context I would suggest "The non-monetary/pecuniar advantage of the private use of the company car is treated as taxable remuneration in kind." Hamblock/Wessels Woerterbuch Wirtschaftsenglisch Hyperbook Wirtschaftsenglisch |

financial benefit--tax matter Explanation: The financial benefit arising out of private use of the company vehicle is treated as taxable matter. Sachbezug=receipt in kind, matter (pertaining to something), renumeration etc. etc. I think who ever suggested financial for monetary benefit is on the right track. You would not say in English "the monetary benefit of the private use . . . " you always say "financial." steuerpflichtiger Sachbezug in essence is: eine Sache (a matter), die die Steuerpflicht betrifft/sich auf die Steuerpflicht bezieht, also eine Steuersache/steuerliche Angelegenheit. Unter Steuersache one finds in Muret-Sanders: tax matter; Anyway, good luck, Lis Muret-Sanders |

The non-cash benefit ... Explanation: >>The non-cash benefit of the private use of the car will be [treated as] taxable.<< (or, as if a taxable cash payment had been made --- [if you like it long and official sounding. :) ] geltwerte Vorteile = non-cash benefits (Zahn, Bank und Börsenwesen). http://www.inlandrevenue.gov.uk/bulletins/tb37.htm http://www.aph.gov.au/library/pubs/bd/1999-2000/2000bd015.ht... http://www2.austlii.edu.au/~james/NSWOSR/PT30.html see above |
