I also came across this:

But both of these sites are German (see below) and there was no abbreviation used. Maybe you could come up with your own abbreviation and then explain it somewhere in a footnote?

agree  Steffen Walter: or another standard legal term for "...im Sinne des..." = "...within the meaning of..."; doesn't resolve the abbreviation problem though, for which I would opt for Christa's suggestion. "Pressegesetz" also "Press Law/Charter"
