electrical... Explanation: What kind of manufacture specifically I can't tell you. It sounds like the company manufactures electrical parts, or maybe electrical appliances - having the entire text, you should have a better idea of what exactly it is they make. Elektro... is generally used as a prefix for things electrical. However, electrical manufacturing obviously won't work. In view of one of your other questions, I wonder if you might be able to turn the English around and say Manufacturing - Electrical or maybe Electrical Components Manufacturing will work. You should try, though, to figure out what exactly is being manufactured so that you can be a bit more specific in your translation.
