Good morning all!

Here's my next challenge. This is from a paper about the natural gas industry in Germany. I think petente is something like 'customer' or 'retailer'??? Can't find this term anywhere except on Google in German documents about the power industry!

Fristen der Bearbeitung und Beantwortung von Anfragen, Datenanforderungen an den Netzzugangspetenten etc. sind alle unverändert geblieben.
