I'm having trouble handling the sentence indicated. Help appreciated.

Beim Provisionsfactoring wird mit dem Vermittler eine Vereinbarung über eine laufende, regelmäßige Provisionszahlung getroffen.
*Der Vermittler tritt seine Provisionsansprüche gegen das Versicherungsunternehmen an einen Factor (z.B. eine Bank) ab.*
Der Factor zahlt den erst später laufend fällig werdenden Vergütungsanspruch sofort als abgezinsten Einmalbetrag an den Vermittler aus. Das Provisionsausfallrisiko kann sowohl vom Factor, vom Vermittler, als auch vom Kunden getragen werden. Die ist von der jeweiligen Vertragskonstellation zwischen den beteiligten Partnern abhängig.
