What I'm really after is some help with the sentence in which the above phrase appears.
'Individuelle Angebote und Verträge, die nicht auf den geprüften Mustern basieren, sind individuell vom Anwalt von (der Firma) zu prüfen. Unbezahlte Nacharbeitungs-, Haftungs- und Gewährleistungsrisiken sind hierbei auszuschließen.'
This is taken from a section entitled 'Standardisiertes Angebots- und Abrechnungswesen' in a strategy & business plan for an IT consultancy. I really don't know what is being 'ruled out' in the second sentence. Any ideas?
