Bauspar loan total
The Bauspar, being uniquely German, is usually not translated. Some explain the term by using the expression "building loan society." Here is some information on the system:
“The German Bauspar System is an important factor in the providing with housing, in capital formation, and in personal old age provisions... The private institutions operate mostly as joint-stock operations, and the public building societies, as a rule, are either divisions of public state banks or institutions incorporated under public law with legal entities on their own.
The characteristic of the German Bauspar System is the idea of a closed group. Pooled deposits (allocation fund) are fueld by savings and amortization payments of bauspar customers.

As to the term in question, here is a citation that explains what it means:
“Translation of the Cards:
The 'Bauspar' cards 'Guthaben' side (Credit side) Bausparsumme - The total amount of money you receive from the bank when you have deposited 40% of this total (covered all the circles on the Guthaben side).”
