notification is deemed to have been given........ whether the notice arrives or not Explanation: "deemed" is the usual legal formula for "considered" in normal speech (considered to have been given). personal experience. |

When sending documents by regular mail / using regular mail,... Explanation: ...notification is deemed to have occurred within 3 days from the date of posting for mail sent to destinations in the same country and within 3 months from the date of posting for mail being sent to destinations abroad. However, if notification has not been received or has been delayed, the above does not apply. I would tend to split this sentence up into at least two, as it would be too long otherwise. own experience |
