'Due to details regarding the evaluation we refer to the addendum of the company examined by us (appendix III) containing the complete and correct statements[/specifications] which are required for large capital companies or which are optionally transferred to the appendix.'
Too many relative clauses, so I changed one of them into a gerund without altering the meaning of it all, I hope.
