I have a travel application form which has the following fields:

Name
Vorname
Geburtsdatum, Geburtsort
Staatsangehörigkeit
Nationalität

If I translate 'Nationalität' as Nationality could I translate 'Staatsangehörighkeit' as 'Country of origin' or something to avoid repetition????
