German term or phrase: Einsatzstunden
X wird Y spätestens bis zum 1.3.94 eines Kalenderjahres für das hewiels darauffolgende Kalenderhalfjahr die genau beabsichtigen Einsatzstunden für die vereibarte 300-MW Band mitteilen." Would also appreciate an explanation of the sequence of events, as the sentence gets somewhat more complicated.

English translation:hours of use, hours of occupancy
Explanation:
By latest 1st March of any calendar year, X will inform Y about the exactly planned hours of use of the agreed 300 MW band for the half year following this date.

The year 94 just doesn't make any sense in here.

As far as I can see, they want X to tell Y no later than 1st March of any calendar year how many hours the band is going to be used between June and December (as this is a six months timespan which follows March).

Hi Klaus! This was written during the first operative year of a contract dating from 1988. THAT contract said this was an SOP, later on they agreed it would only be for the first year of operation (the procedure is to establish a standard coal import price) and they sort of mixed up the documents. This was written half in Holland and half in Germany and develops for a 10-year period, so you can imagine how weird some things get. Thanks for your help again.
