see below Explanation: The costs for development of sample parts were included already in the costs allocated to samples. I think E-Kosten probably does stand for Entwicklungskosten and was a way to avoid having to use the same word again (Musterbau). HTH, Beth |

prototype construction Explanation: Prototype is applicable whenever a project built and will later be manufactured, developed, etc. "Prototype construction costs for the prototype components are included in the prototype budget." Or, it is still clear if you skip some of their words, "Construction costs for prototype components are included in the prototype cost estimate." Beth is right about likely E meaning. |

see below Explanation: You may want to also consider a couple of alternate translations for "Muster", namely, "demo" and "model". Or, you can condense this sort of like this: "The cost of building the parts was included in the overall costs." or "The labor costs for the parts was included" |
