Explanation:
Confirming what Beth says, Romain gives intercompany operations for Konzerngeschäfte. They also list "intra-group" for some of the Konzern... entries, as well as, of course, "consolidated". A term like "intra-group contract" or "intercompany contract" might be a better and more meaningful description than consolidated contract.

Eichborn lists Konzernvertrag = trust agreement (US) - just thought I'd add that as well.
