... it looks more like a reference to a source text, i.e. a text book on Austrian law concerning bank contracts (volume I and year of publication). Statutory provisions are usually quoted in a different manner, i.e "siehe § ... ...-gesetz". (Recht = "law" as opposed to Gesetz = "Act")

Rz is Randziffer (same thing as Randzahl).
