agree  silfilla: I'd drop both *lapse of* and the parenthetical phrase, given the absence of context; *time between invoicing and payment* suffices IMO; not a single hit for *Aussenstandszeit* on Google // [...] I stand corrected [...]; thanks :-) // enjoy! :-)
