Bus/Financial - Business/Commerce (general) | | German term or phrase: Aufhebungsverfügung | I cannot find an appropriate translation for this term even though I've got quite a few hits for the German term on Google, the exact context is as follows:
"Diese Richtlinie ist ab Freigabezeitpunkt gültig, ab diesem Zeitpunkt von der Gesellschaft anzuwenden und bleibt in Kraft, bis sie durch eine entsprechende andere ersetzt oder durch eine Aufhebungsverfügung außer Kraft gesetzt wird."
