Can anybody please tell me what "Antrittspauschalen" are? Is it some sort of "call out fee"?

Antrittspauschalen für Arbeiten an Systemen
mit Servicevertrag außerhalb der vertraglich vereinbarten
Antritts- und Arbeitszeiten.

Whether it is with a hyphen or without seems to be as everyone pleases. In Britain the BBC hyphenates, the telephone company BT doesn't.
