German to English translations [PRO] Bus/Financial - Business/Commerce (general) / Imprint of a financial report | | German term or phrase: Art Direktion | | I am being a bit stupid about this one but can anyone tell me what to put for Art Direktion in an imprint at the end of an annual report... There is obviously no further context other than the chap's name (comes under a section entitled: Konzeption, Gestaltung und Produktion if that helps....). Many thanks |

| | (graphic) layout/design | Explanation: If it's an annual report 'layout' might work - I guess they (i.e. the 'art director') didn't put any flowery borders or nice pictures in it, did they?
As for the German term, something such as "künstlerische/grafische Gestaltung" would have sounded better...

| Grading comment Gone for this Barbara... may be wrong because of al the agreers with Art Direction, but it is an annual report and there is no art at all, so I thought Art Direction sounded a bit incongruous. Thanks to all though 4 KudoZ points were awarded for this answer |
