Explanation:
Evidently this is an order issued by a court clerk (possibly a judge) which provides the lessee notice and opportunity to respond to the lessor's proposal to perform the remedial work at lessee's expense.

The above explanation stands as of 14:14 hours EDT USA Apr 10, 2006. The clause in the AGB refers to enforcement provisions and says that the Lessee is waiving Lessee's right to receive the order (Ablehnungsanordnung).
