hier die nächste Frage. Vielleicht kann mir jemand bei dem Begriff "konzeptioniert" helfen:

"Die nach Maßgabe der Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft durchgeführte Restrukturierung der X-Gruppe entspricht in ihrer in Aussicht genommenen bilanziellen Darstellung geltendem deutschem Bilanzrecht. Eine Verletzung der Kapitalschutzbestimmungen des deutschen Gesellschaftsrechtes (§§ 30 ff. GmbHG) wird infolge der **konzeptionierten** Restrukturierung nicht eintreten.

Je mehr ich mir diese Passage auf der Zunge zergehen lasse, umso klarer erscheint mir, dass der fragliche Satz im Deutschen nicht ganz präzise formuliert ist. Dem geschilderten Sachverhalt nach müsste der Akzent auf der *Konzeption* (der Restrukturierung) liegen und nicht etwa umgekehrt. Diese besondere Konzeption verhindert einen Konflikt (der Restrukturierung) mit den Kapitalschutzbestimmungen: "Due to the restructuring concept, a violation ... will not occur".

Alternativ könnte der Satzteil auch lauten: "...wird infolge der *so* konzeptionierten Restrukturierung nicht eintreten".

Wenn man es aber ganz genau nimmt, könnte der gesamte Satzteil ("infolge der konzeptionierten Restrukturierung") sogar wegfallen, da derselbe Sachverhalt bereits im ersten Satz (und damit letztlich doppelt) beschrieben wird.
