German term or phrase: allgemein aufgezogen
"Länder wie z.B. Brasilien sind nur allgemein aufgezogen." Part of a reply to a company survey on what staff would like to have in a forthcoming intranet. The company is multinational but has no branch in Brazil. The rest of this reply seems unrelated: "Keine spezifischen Infos. Ansonsten wäre es gut wenn sämtliche Human Resources spezifischen Angaben wie Regularien, ... ersichtlich wären..."
